When will my order ship?
Orders can take up to 7-10 business days from the day it is placed to ship and deliver. You will receive a shipping notification (via email or text) when your order ships with information to track your order. Shipping transit times vary depending upon location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
How are packages shipped?
We ship packages with USPS. Packages can take up to two weeks to arrive from the day the order is placed. Larger packages may occasional ship through UPS.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once we receive your order, we will fill and ship it according to your shipping instructions. All regular ground and Canadian orders are usually filled and shipped within 7-10 business days, Monday through Friday. We update your order when it ships, and you will receive an e-mail or text letting you know your order has shipped as well as your tracking number for your package.
Can I return or exchange an item I have ordered?
To return or exchange an item, send your invoice with the package to: Shop PHIDE 108 Madison Street, St. Louis, MO 63102. Please send information about the merchandise to be returned or exchanged and indicate if you are returning the item for a refund or exchanging it for a different color or size. Please fill out the return exchange form that is included in your original package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to return or exchange an item. If the item purchased was a gift during the holiday season you have 30 days starting January 1 to make any returns or exchanges.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. Our system is inventory-based, which means if we have it in stock you can order the item. If we are out of stock on the item, you will not be able to order it. If the situation arises that we are out of an item you ordered, we will credit your account for that item.
